Yes, I show Youtube videos at school. Come at me. It was Marco Pierre White, the youngest Chef ever to gain three Michelin stars and one of Gordon Ramsey's first instructors. He's captivating, explains things well, talks about the science behind why he does some of things he does, and is occasionally funny. I ran one of his You Tube videos back several times the other day over something he said: "Perfection comes from doing many little things very well" which I later found out was a spin off of a quote from early 1900's Chef Ferdinand Point.
