I closed on a house in the Chase building, but Google maps isn't showing any title companies in the area.

Unfortunately, I don't think this story will end any time soon. Hopefully, it does have a good ending. Though, the longer the tenants have moved elsewhere, they might like their new space and decide to stay there,

Like anything lack of maintenance you have what you have. Finding a way to keep things up to date without policing everywhere or every building. Couldn't imagine the cost to keep things according to codes in today's world.
