Especially if one or both Houses of Congress get flipped this November.

Donny could wake up, decide to threaten Iran's existence, which causes fluctuations in stocks, oil, and crypto. He'll make phone calls or texts to some of his billionaire friends and his sons to be ready to buy or sell. Then when he backs off, there's money to be made for him and his friends. Insider trading is going on at the WH, don't tell me it's not.
