The recently resigned Counterterrorism director Joe Kent talked with Podcaster Tucker Carlson,. saying he was "blocked" from getting to the President to present his advice that Iran posed no imminent danger to the US.

How about if Israel sends in troops first?
They're the ones that wanted this war in the first place.
My opinion and I'm sticking to it.

I agree, There is very strong circumstantial evidence they have had intelligence agents on the ground since nearly forever. However, there has been no indications that Israel has ever thought or mentioned putting troops on the ground anywhere in Iran. When the debate about the financial authorization comes up that could very easily be the first question asked.
Just a thought here - Does anyone think that somehow, someway that maybe the Epstein Files could come into play with this whole Isreal / Iran controversy?

I DO NOT think there is any question about that at all. I think Trump is now in a major bind. If he does send troops, Ehud Barak is an adversary of Netanyahu and is against the war. If Trump does not send the troops, Netanyahu could play his hand, which is probably what Barak might have.
Why do we just keep walking around the mess on the floor? Why doesn't someone have courage to clean up the mess so that the healing can begin, and we can move on? Why, must we play this game that no one wins? WHY?

Putin is sending oil to Cuba which Trump has vowed to stop. Cuba is out of oil. Trump is./was considering sending more oil from Venezuela. His party warned him he might face a rapid political meltdown of historical proportions considering what is going on in Iran. So, the decision was made to remove the tariffs from Iranian oil that is currently on tankers, stranded at sea, because of the war.
Meanwhile, the same day that conversation was taking place, the airline CEOSs were told that oil at $175 per barrel is most likely a given. A few hours later, United announced a 5% flight reduction in the weeks ahead.
