Depends on the credibility of the person and the subject. I know some people who have amazing insight and knowledge. I also know some people who always get it wrong so it is a safe bet to do the opposite. I also know some people who are wonderful people but a bit ditzy and so have to proceed with caution because they have been known to get confused at times.
