isolated t-storms for us tomorrow, sunny sunday.right now it's 95F, tomorrow is a high of 94, and sunday is high of 89. I'm seriously thinking of hitting the beach. I haven't been to the ocean in a few years and it's about time! last year it was because I had a cast on, this year I've just been busy with all the running, but I won't run both says, so I think I'm due! :D

I'm gonna just open Greenhouse in AM go hide in one room with A/C and listen to 30 second delay on scanner NOT going .

@AverageJoe : I get out by 6am. Any later than 7:30am and it gets too hot for me. Just a suggestion.

I use to lap swim on days when the weather was just to dangerous to run.

OMG I finally feel rested!! Had insomnia early in the week, then hit the town Thursday night. I was exhausted!Now, wait til sundown to run? Hmm. Not safe to do that. I might brave the heat. I'm hydrated today.

Just came back from my run/walk. It's hotter n Hades! 93F. Storms later today (5pm??). Swans are plentiful today on The Charles. I see three right in view from the patio. Took a pic earlier on the Riverwalk.
