@ricardo : He's a curmudgeon who has missed the point completely that this is GRANT MONEY and therefore can only be spent on very specific projects.

He routinely goes off in the Journal Star comments, especially on the school board meeting reports. Those are some real hum-dingers!!

@cjsummers I just don't understand. It really is a shame that so much money has been wasted on that. Add another $100,000 on top of it with that signal to a defunct golf course.
