District 150 School starts today.
Teachers report today and tomorrow. Students on Wednesday. We have two days of meetings, team building, and other district directives. Sigh. Not a fan of this modified year round schedule. Oh, well, this is the last year....for me, anyway.

@SuzyH: retiring from D150. ICC has offered me a one year deal that is going to be hard to pass up, but I'll see if it comes to fruition.

Well, that is partially true. I haven't spent any real time "out west". There are so many things I want to see out there. And I want to do that while I still have my health. And when I've exhausted that life option, I'll figure out something else.

I know you need to finish this year, but enjoy your retirement! I really thought I would be bored and miss teaching(33 years) and "my kids", but found plenty of other activities to enjoy!

I can't believe the CFO is quitting already. I haven't tuned in yet, but the new school board meetings are supposedly must see reality tv.
