Is that a question or a statement?

Where I work I round everything down to the nearest nickel. IE 92 cents rounds to 90 cents for 10 cents (a dime) in change instead of a nickel and three pennies. Let's face it, small change, especially pennies, are a pain in the ***.

No, I have seen up or down. While change has been an important part of money, it could soon disappear.
