My youngest hates this but
 
On a baking pan place 4-8 slices if bread
 
Top with american cheese slices then spread a couple tablespoons of ketchup on cheese
 
Season with oregano cumin red pepper/cayenne paprika and Mexine chilli powder
 
Then add good dusting of parmesean shaker cheese and anothe light dusting of Mexine
 
Bake at 400 until parmesean starts to brown and or bread gets toasted
 
My bro taught me to make these 40 years ago
