I'm not a fan of culinary competitions, but this is a Chef friend of mine's father's charity, so I'm going to compete. Help a fellow PDCer out and help me win. Even if I don't, it is still $$ to a great cause.
I better see some of you there...I didn't drag my *** outta bed at 4 AM to do an interview on WEEK this morning to promote this event and none of you show up But seriously, it is a great cause so come out and vote for your favorite (mine) chili!
I'll be there too! It's my dad's charity. I'm competing as well. It should be a fun event. Can't wait to try everyone's chili. I made a roasted poblano chili. Hope some of you can make it!
If you are reading this you need to get out of your pajamas, get dressed and prepare yourself for chili. The Cubs aren't playing until later and I know you don't want to dust your house and pay bills.
Good chili! I sampled 5 out of the six so I could make a fair judgment. ChefKevin's (#5) was actually best to my taste buds. BigLuke's (#1) was second for me. All the rest paled in comparison. Also saw Emtronics there.
But seriously, it is a great cause so come out and vote for your favorite (mine) chili!
