Cell Phone Towers cont.
Since I have CJ on ignore I can't participate on his cell phone tower thread, but just saw this thread when I visited this this site from a remote device.
I think CJ's point is extremely valid and neighborhoods should do everything they can to resist these eyesores. I know in the Buffalow Wild Wings tower, the owner of that business objected to the installation of that tower, but they very covertly snuck it by him with the cooperation of the non-resident 5th District Council rep Casey Johnson - who does everything humanly possible to screw residents of the district he purportedly represents. Keep an eye on this emerging topic and stay vigilant. CJ is right.

Everyone wants their phones, but nobody wants the towers. Doesn't work that way, people.

Oh I'm with you on that Vonster. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't care if they tore them all down. Go back to phone booths.

I wouldn't mind getting rent from a tower on my land.
