Peoria Fine Art Fair-
Has anyone gone this year? We thought about going tomorrow. I'm not downtown in this area much. Where are the best and easiest places to look for parking? Thanks!

I was just looking at the website. I thought I heard there were free activities for kids but on the website it says $5 per child to do the art activities. Does anyone know for sure? I'm taking kids ranging from 11-16 just wondering if the activities are for younger kids or older and if it is $5/person for activities so I can have them bring money.

I'm no help. I went two years ago and most of the items I really liked and would have purchased were out of my price range. I'm not saying the art wasn't worth it, I just have Dom Perignon taste on a Korbel budget. Or a home/car repair was more important.

I have not been to that art f fair awhile. I have been to some art fairs recently including Rittenhouse Art Fair, Some of the same artists there were also going to be in Peoria. They were all excellent. The diversity of their techniques and styles is amazing.

None if the art fairs we attended had an admission charge. We got to a number of them and have never paid an admission charge. Just saying.

@ChefKevin :

EXACTLY.

I love to go and look at all the beautiful artwork.

But then I get depressed because beautiful hand made silk scarf that I fell in love with has a price tag of a $500.00
