Good to hear he's been caught. Definitely a domestic situation. A reporter and I talked to a few residents in that area (none would go on camera).
However, according to the press release from Sheriff Watkins, the initial call was for the car fire. After that, police found out about the shooting. When the suspect took off with the infant, and the car crashed and it caught fire, he took off, leaving the infant to succumb to the flames.
