New PDC Interface

@Joe : And while you were at it, you decided to change up the interface a bit as well? Or you mean an upgrade to the newer version of the discussion forum system from that company, which had some interface changes that came along with it.

@MadScientist : Often when you need to make major changes, it takes a lot of extra work to maintain old stuff exactly without overwriting or changing stuff. Indeed, that happened here, I spent many hours trying to make desired changes while keeping a lot of the details closer to the old system so people wouldn't be as overwhelmed otherwise.There is no forum system from another company…I code it all myself.

Ah, yes, there is a difference on the ol' home computing system. I'm sure Joe will work out the glitches....give him some time.

@Joe : That's impressive!As far as the code being unmaintainable, I guess it has something to do with PHP and major changes with that language in newer versions. But their changes requiring so much rework that the old interface can't be preserved is massive. That is if I assume correctly.

I'm now on my home PC, and the interface is pretty much the same as on my Android phone. I have a menu off to the left of the comments area, as well as some buttons in red on a top bar.

On my Pixel, there is a menu at the bottom. On my laptop it's on the left.

@Joe : Looks like it is back this morning. Both the "100% of GDP" and "TDS" discussion are not showing again. I can find them in my post history, but they show as "[No Title]".

This place is what it is. I come here and roll my eyes or laugh, and I like it either way. What it looks like is of no consequence to me. Carry on……

anyone else notice the turtle running across the bottom when loading the page?
