Well, sometimes if you're desperate for a job, you're an actual US citizen vs. even a legal immigrant, plus that $50,000 signing bonus (if new ICE agents are actually getting it, and not being stiffed by DHS), plus if you're working for ICE, no worries about getting swept up in raids.
