Help Wanted: Chemical Maintenance Manager
SUMMARY:

The Chemical Maintenance Manager oversees the implementation and maintenance of the plant’s existing corrective and preventative Lubrication Management and Inventory Management, and Chemical Management programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Chemical Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading a team to procure, inventory, disperse, maintain, and recycle all plant lubrication and chemical processes.

Work in collaboration with the operating staff to make sure that the plant is safe and operates at peak chemical conditions.

The Chemical Maintenance Manager is in charge of implementing the plant’s overall preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsible for records of lubrication frequency and chemical maintenance and provide needed information and data to the Plant Management.

Provide the list of tasks and schedules for lubrication machine technicians and supervision three shifts, seven day operation.

The Chemical Maintenance Manager should keep the plant’s lubrication maintenance manual and safety manual
Skills Required:
• Must be technically skilled, dynamic individual experienced in Operational Chemical Management
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills, and have experience in both in supervising technical personnel and administrative and supervisory personnel
