Church Music Director - Peoria Job

Northwest United Methodist Church, a small to medium sized church in North Peoria, IL is seeking a Music Director. Worship services include traditional and contemporary components.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Comprehensive music program for all ages
• Pianist responsibilities at regular worship and special services throughout the year
• Music selection and direction of choral and praise band music.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent position experience
• Background in Christian music
• Accomplished music skills in direction and piano performance. Additional performance skills – vocal and instrumental desired.

Local candidates preferred
