Title: Refresh Technician

Shift : Must be flexible within a 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. window and also available for on-call work for overtime (time and a half pay).

Location : Peoria, IL

Rate : $15-17/hr*

Job Type: 7-9 month contract with possible extensions

This position will require travel between sites. All travel can be reimbursed at .535 cents per mile. *RELIABLE PERSONAL VEHICLE and VALID DRIVERS*

Summary : Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.

Pinciple Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk side Support) according to Managed Client policy and Procedure Guide
Performs trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades and basic deployments & repair on Client Assets in campus/remote locations
Basic installation and maintenance to technical products

Skills Required:

*Must have an A+ certification or be able to get within 90 days
Minimum 1-3 year experience in servicing/deploy computer equipment
Must have a proven customer service background
Must have experience in a corporate environment
Individual will be knowledgeable of Windows operation system environment
Addition Skills:

Mechanically inclined
Detail oriented
Have good documentation skills
Good with his hands and the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches
Must be able to lift 60 lbs and walk long distances
Valid Driver's license is required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
