Local (Peoria IL) small to midsized Indian restaurant now has openings for the following positions -

Front desk person - who will also act as an Order taker/Waiter/Waitress and help with arranging plates and serving our customers/guests and clean tables apart from being the front desk person/cashier.

Dishwasher - This person will only be needed for about 3 hrs in the afternoon and another 3 hrs in the evening for about 6 days a week including weekends. (36 hrs a week). Flexible individual who will go an extra mile and also help arrange food on plates and clean tables preferred!

Assistant Chef - Assistant chef who will assist the lead chef in cooking/preparing food orders (Indian delicacies). Chef/cook /culinary experience mandatory. Good stamina to take/prepare large/bulk orders. Must be flexible go getter, fast learner,adaptable motivated and willing to learn if there is no prior experience with Indian food.

INDIAN OR MEXICAN HUSBAND AND WIFE /COUPLES BOTH OF WHOM CAN PLAY ASSISTANT CHEF AND DISHWASHER ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. FREE ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH US PLUS SALARY FOR SUCH COUPLES WHO WILL RESUME THESE TWO ROLES.

Skills Required:
