Pinkerton is seeking a Regional Trainer, to be located on-site with a specific client in Peoria. The Regional Trainer II- Security & Emergency Response Specialist will coordinate and deliver fire prevention and protection training programs to Security Officers and all other applicable employees. The Trainer is responsible to provide skilled and qualified staff to meet the needs of the Client while ensuring that all training is completed in compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and Client- specific requirements. As needed, this role will assume operational responsibilities for designated Client facilities; partnering with Pinkerton regional staff and Securitas U.S.A. branch offices to set up procedures and administrative processes. The Regional Trainer will assist the Director of U.S. Operations and the Client to identify the types and levels of services needed.
