Aidells is a Premier Gourmet Sausage Comany and we are looking to hire outgoing friendly individuals to represent Aidells as Demonstrators. An Aidells Demonstrator serves as the face of Aidells to customers in the field. They are responsible for performing demonstration events in such a manner that they build awareness of the Aidells brand, communicate Aidells' unique value, encourage initial trial of Aidells' products including new flavors, and generate increased sales on demo days. Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service / retail environment, preferably sales. Prior promotional demonstrating experience a plus.
Must be available to work Weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
Must be great with people and engaging the public.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and stand for entire time of demo (from 6 to 10 hours)
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and access to a reliable vehicle to transport equipment.
Must be able to pass background check.

Compensation:
$12 / hour Plus Bonus Potential
