Responsibilities
Promptly answering telephone calls and pertinent emails from school secretaries and administrative personnel. Also, having the ability to be professional and cordial with parents, bus drivers and all other transportation personnel. Managing and coordinating bus stop routes and pick ups with all school bus drivers and schools on a daily basis to ensure that children are being transported in a safe, timely manner.

Accomplishments
I have received two promotions while being on the job. I have also received an accomplishment recommendation from my supervisor for driving a field trip for another employee with no notice.

Skills Used
I have obtained my class B CDL license with a school bus and passenger endorsement. I have the ability to obtain the air brakes endorsement as well. I must have the ability to multi task on the computer as well as the telephone. Knowing how to properly navigate and execute Microsoft programs to edit school district documents. Typing, faxing and copying hundred of documents daily is also a part of my job responsibilities.
