Intended to gather, inspire, and energize the LGBT community of Peoria and Central Illinois, the revival of Peoria Gay Pride will be filled with laughs, entertainment, and address dimensions beyond orientation. For the most up to date information visit www.PeoriaGayPride.com.

The expo will be a family friendly event open to all ages. It will feature local vendors and exhibitors targeting the LGBT community and a kids corner. Local entertainers will be showcased on the main stage from 5-7:45. The highlight and adult portion of the evening will be the 1st Mr. & Miss Peoria Pride Pageant hosted by international drag superstar, Ginger Minj, who was a finalist on Season 7 of RuPaul's Drag Race tv show. New York City’s Legendary Comedy Queen, Harmonica Sunbeam, will co-host and be a judge of the pageant. Once the pageant ends, the exhibition hall will turn into a dance floor while guest DJ Megatone from Indianapolis spins the best Top 40/Electronic Dance Music until 1:00 a.m. The party continues until 4 a.m. at Club Diesel, the only gay-friendly nightclub in Peoria.
