? Lead building safety committee and point of contact for Stretching Program to help prevent injuries in workplace. Implemented departmental housekeeping scorecard to promote safe work conditions in direct correlation of OSHA requirements.
? Interviewed candidates, conducted performance observations, administered yearly performance reviews and discipline. Schedule team members based on operational demand to meet daily/weekly volume.
? Created an environment in which team can clearly communicate and readily share needed communication. Drive engagement with team members by utilizing feedback from meetings, one on one conversation, focus groups and climate surveys.
