  • She was over at his apartment in the Lex. She wanted to leave. He refused to let her. She asked again. he punched her in the eye. She fled the scene. Cops took pictures of the injury. He was nowhere to be found. He probably went to pick up a copy of 'How to win Friends and Influence People.'
  • She thinks her son made a bunch of fraudulent charges on her credit card totaling $771.40.
  • Some kids were seen playing with a fire extinguisher in front of Landmark Apartments. They fled when confronted.
  • Three men -- 24, 27 and 28 years old -- were arrested and charged with a total of four counts of battery, criminal damage to property, possession of cannabis and delivery or possession with intent to deliver in the 100 block of North Braves Court.
  • Someone threw a rock through the windshield of a car that was parked in the 1500 block of North Sheridan Road.
  • She left her wallet inside Club Envy. She went to get it, and it was gone, along with the $20 inside.
  • Someone threw a rock at a vehicle while it was parked in the 700 block of East Thrush.
  • ShotSpotter reported gunfire in the 1900 block of North Dechman. No shell casings or witnesses were found.
