Spring Lake draining.
See that they are doing repair work to fix old problems. Anyone been fishing yet at Spring Lake?

I have but at the north end.
The south end, which they are rehabilitating, needs a lot of work and am glad that is happening. It is hard to fish, worse to kayak, most of the docks are crumbling, the road is horrible, and except for the very north end, generally looks unkept and abandoned.
I went there a few years ago to test out my new tent. Cost $8 a night to camp. Only one pit toilet was open, lots of branches down, and nobody to which I could pay the fee.

@AntiRanchDrssng :
That's been the problem for the last few years. Hopefully, we get to see the future build once it's finished.

I saw they've started the draining process and would love to get some of that soil they dredged out.
