Seems obvious to me. To identify successful, Peoria based businesses owned by African Americans. Is there a problem with that?

There's no problem, it's just that whenever he posts you can be sure he'll flop down a big ol` race card. I just want to know why he's going to play it this time.

F.Y.I.
I recently attended a City facilitated, Economic Development Committee Meeting, (in response to the City's recent negative, 24/7 Wall Street designation) where most on said committee struggled to come up with examples of successful AA owned, Peoria businesses.
Additionally, the question was asked, how do we go about identifying said businesses; thus the reason for my query.

The City's ED meeting was facilitated by department head, Chris Setti, and Dr. Leslie McKnight.

If there is a race card, or a game, being played here, I can assure you that I, Sir (or Mam), am not the dealer thereof.

I plan to set up a meeting, I will pass along your response, to the other stakeholders.

It seems obvious, based upon your reaction, how Peoria got into this predicament.

B and G:
Did you have a response to the thread, OR are you just baiting me?

Either way;
I'm chanting for you.

Ike "The Sandman". Got his card from word of mouth, as he refinished wood flooring and does just about all the homes in the older neighborhoods. He may have retired by now, because his son-in-law was was helping him when he re-did our floors.

I see these young adults with their lawn mowers going around looking for jobs mowing yards.

We can always pass the blame.

Stand up and do good is what matters.
