Making hot sauce

Whipping up some hot sauce today. A friend of mine donated some peppers to the cause. Since we wanted a more orange-ish red sauce, we only used orange, red, and yellow versions of the following peppers: banana, Sante Fe, jalapeno, Thai, Aji Amarillo, Jamaican Red, and Habanero. The blend was pretty sweet due to the Sante Fes and Ajis. Added ginger, garlic, onion, mango, orange, pineapple and a bit of molasses to the mix. Has a great flavor, but it is definitely hot. No sinus issues today.

@cjsummers : what fun is that? Didnt plant all of these peppers for their looks. Anyway, Franks is wimpy.
