Not sure if same perhaps more like father son very similar in features. Kinda looks like Ardis. Gonna say deceased in both pictures. The one in the background of second pic is VERY creepy something about the eye

The first pic is Charles Lindbergh...I think. They do look similar.

The ears and nose look different to me but very similar.

I don't believe so. The one on the right has a chin cleft that angles to the right while the one on the left doesn't angle at all. Also, the one on the left has a mouth whose corners angle up while the one on the left's mouth --only one side angles up. The ears are different, too.

I vote "no"...not the same person.
