I wonder why they had to rip it up so much to get their signage off? It has the appearance of having sat empty for a decade rather than a year.

Tim from Bartonville Dinner was looking at it but the told him it was going to be Demolished.
Finally got to it Once you leave any building like that sit it becomes harder to fix.
 
Now hope they give us something good.
