AC repairman for neighbor
My neighbor just called and asked if I knew a good inexpensive AC repairman who could come check out their system. I've given it a good looking over and cleaned the filters, etc but I don't know much beyond that.
 
In reality the unit is probably 25-30 years old and needs to be replaced but I don't think that's in the cards for them right now.
 
Any leads?
