Where is this?

Didn't Comcast ended up buying ITV3... ?We have ITV3 for internet. (I've heard the TV part has some issues on the tv side, not as many channels and continuity issues?... but that was when they first started, some of that may have been resolved by now?

Their website still says they are a subsidiary of Family Video
I can't imagine ITV3 would still be actively expanding as a Comcast competitor (unless it's just expansion into Mediacom markets)

Wasn't it ITV that had all the issues in Pekin and other places for very poor service?

I had ITV-3 in Morton and loved it.

We have had ITV-3 since the tornado came through and knocked out our cable for 3 weeks...so far the only problem we have is that they use cheap remotes..We have to trade them in every so often..but they will tell you they are cheap and exchange them with no problem..other then that..love it..

@craftywoman Can you get a universal remote?

I don't think so ..we have 4 tvs and the remotes only work on the tv that they are assigned too..some of the buttons will work, but not all...when we get a new one..we have to tell them which tv it operates..but who knows..like I said..it's so easy to get a new one..we just go to the local Family Video store and exchange them.
