Trump, on the other hand, has at least a 50% chance of being next POTUS.

Ray LaHood is positioned about exactly where the PJ Star want to be- Conservative/moderate. Ray's opinions matter because so many people in the area vote like he does. That being said, it really doesn't make that much difference since Trump will likely lose the state of Illinois in November. Like most Presidential elections the votes in Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, Florida and Colorado are the ones that will most likely make the difference in this election.

@JnJ You may be right. This has been an upside down year in politics where the front-runners are getting smacked around quite a bit. Least predictable Presidential election that i have seen.

I hope the debate does take place. Trump has not had a one on one debate. Sanders would do lots of damage to Trump.Speaking of Trump and his lies. His Trump Hotel on Pennsylvsnia Ave. in DC is on schedule to open before the end of the year. It was always scheduled to open before the end of the year. He has talked about how he is opening it a year ahead of schedule. Wrong, wrong. When he took over the Old Post Officem Bldg.. no where did he ever say that it would be opening in late 2017. It was always scheduled for 2016.

@JnJYou must live in a different world than I do. No time in history is perfect but overall I think America is in a good place.

@leslie110 :I have never, ever seen as many friends and family hurting financially as I do now. Some of my dearest friends are on food stamps, and they feel humiliated. I reassure them it is not their fault - the system IS rigged against them. Also, many many people in Peoria are having to sell their homes because they can't afford their property taxes. You Leslie (as should I) count our blessings every single day. We are definitely NOT in the majority of Americans right now.
