What is the dress code? Reservations tells me upscale?

Dress up or casual is fine... we have a layed back relaxing atmosphere.. we also have an outdoor patio in front of the bar area..

I just saw a post from a small Chillicothe business that did some major work for this place but the parent company of this restaurant is now refusing to pay. It's a small town. This sort of thing gets around and doesn't say much for the business, no matter how good the food is. I hope it is a misunderstanding and there will be a follow up post reporting their bill was settled.
