Guess what, the victim was a 62 year old African-American man, the cause was blunt-force trauma, and police have arrested a caucasian male for the murder. The Peoria Police Department held a news conference Wednesday afternoon to announce the arrest of Adam J. Scott, 30, of 1125 NE Glen Oak Ave.
He is charged with the murder of Hayward Hudson, 62, of 1206 W. Gift Ave. He was found dead Tuesday morning at his home. The cause of death was blunt force trauma.
Police said at the news conference that Scott and Hudson were acquaintances. Scott is likely to appear in court to be formally charged Thursday afternoon.

You never, ever can tell how many will turn out. If people believe in a cause they will turn out regardless of the weather. When Bush 49 was in office he proposed draconian cuts to education. In the spring of 1992 there was a massive march down Pennsylvania Ave past the White House to Capitol Hill to protest the cuts. When the marchers passed the White House they chanted "shame on you, shame on you" The day of the march the weather was sunny but extremely hot and humid,It felt like August instead of early May. The heat index was through the roof. Still the crowd was massive as in several, several hundred thousand. The attempt at the draconian cuts was defeated and 6 months later Bush was defeated for reelection. In poor weather motivated people will turn out.

@billybob And the 3 bills that ruined the economy were soon signed. The crime bill that everyone is *****ing about the way things are now was signed. And the guy that signed all those things has a wife that wants to be President.
