Ah she's the Teflon Don reincarnated!!! Nothing will stick!! She gave the Chinese access to highly secured diplomatic communications when her husband was in The White House. And that's what we just KNOW about.

I bet if we really knew how much of the farm she's already given away, from all the way back in the '90s, there would be open revolt.

But even then no indictment would stick. Nope. She's not going down.

@QuispNQuake :
Lets just say say she gets indicted, The Clintons have the resources, contacts and know how to get the absolute top legal defense. Money is not an object. There are a number of high profile criminal defense lawyers with outstanding track records. Brendan Sullivan from Williams and Connolly is one such example.

If DOJ ever had the goods to get an indictment, they have to be damn sure they can and will get a conviction. Because if they dont, can you possibly begin to imagine the uproar that would come after a not guilty?

@billybob

Here's who I compare her and her husband to: LBJ.

I'm sure you've read about his political beginnings and how he made his way up the political ladder, all the way to the Senate. And if people out there haven't read about how he acted in the Senate and what the whole atmosphere of his Senate office was like, I suggest looking it up.

And for the record, the Bush family has no room to point the finger. They just put the "squeaky clean" on their facade. But I'm not talking about the Bush family. Because they weren't as open with their evil darkness as LBJ. So I'm sticking with LBJ.

By the time Johnson had hit The White House, he had the "goods" on so many people that he had everyone stifled. "But QuispnQuake, he had J. Edgar Hoover at his disposal!" Right. And the Clintons haven't had ANYONE at their disposal doing THEIR dirty work? (That's not directed at you, billybob.)

So my point is, in order for an indictment to stick, there will have to be quite a few people willing to "abandon" the Clintons. Not just the DOJ, not just President Obama, and not just Loretta Lynch.

And don't anyone misunderstand me. The Clintons are not the only family in this situation.

(It's a documented fact that George H.W. Bush's father made his initial fortune doing business with Mussolini and with the Nazis.)

Just for the record google Brendan Sullivan at Williams and Connolly. His track record is "perfect" and DOJ knows this.

@VonsterPeo : It's coming back to me, now that you mention it. And like I said, Hillary gave the Chinese access to classified cable communications, something that had never happened before the Clintons entered The White House. I'm going to look up that Chinese banking family who set up shop in Arkansas while Bill was governor.

Okay, clarification: it was the Indonesian Riady family who set up banking ties in Arkansas while Clinton was governor. They had ties to China and got into trouble for the following, a snippet from "Asian Review":

Lippo's James Riady looks to leave rocky past behind

WATARU SUZUKI, Nikkei staff writer

After attending university in Australia, he became an intern at a U.S. investment bank in the late 1970s. He briefly moved back to Indonesia to help out with his father's business, but later returned to the U.S., this time with a senior management position. By then, Lippo had bought a stake in a bank in the state of Arkansas.

Lippo's foray into the U.S. -- rare for an Indonesian company at the time -- was driven by Mochtar Riady's desire to secure foreign capital and human resources. James Riady made connections with powerful business leaders and politicians; along the way, he forged close ties with Clinton, then the governor of Arkansas. That relationship would come back to haunt him.

Authorities went after him for deploying foreign corporate funds to support Clinton's run for president. The fine was the largest ever levied for U.S. campaign finance violations. The scandal received wide coverage in the American media, partly because of the Riady family's close ties to Chinese businesses.

You've piqued my curiosity! Could you steer me towards some sites/articles to get me started?
(I'd search myself but not sure what keywords to use)

She will be charged on January 21st,

@meanjarhead :

There is not enough time for a new administration to do its work for an indictment by Jan. 21,

If we hear of of Christie getting out of the 2016 race it is fairly certain that Trump and others have dangled that prospect to get him out of the 2016 race. Christie as AG seems to be a given.

@JeepPilot : Okay, you asked for it!! (HAHA!)

The New Yorker did a series of articles on him in the late '80s. Can't remember exactly what year, but would have been 1987 and after, as those were the years I had a subscription.

Books by Phillip F. Nelson and anyone linked to him. A real good one, very detailed, is "LBJ: The Mastermind Behind the Kennedy Assassination"

Now before you label me a nut job for listing that book, I listed it because it has a good description about the physical layout of his Senate office. And his "omnipresent" largesse.

So at least read the book before you call me a whacko! THEN you can say, "QuispnQuake, you're a nut job whacko!!"

HAHA!!

Although I haven't read her books, I'm skeptical of the ones Doris Kearns Goodwin has written on LBJ. I understand she had a close relationship with him and was one of his "biographers", but once I saw a pic of what she looked like sitting next to him at his desk in The White House, I didn't think she'd be unbiased.

But that's just me.
