Good news for one part of Downtown.
 
I seen in the news possible businesses coming hopefully by spring.

Next a sky line to Fondulac drive to the new improved riverfront. Got to mix it up for both sides of the river. Next bring Metallica and Scorpions on barges on the water on the riverfront. Both side of the river could have one blank of a turnout.

I really couldn't believe that this would continue to remain empty.
 
City runs on tax why wouldn't you want as many taxable businesses down town.
 
Big tax Cigs. now soda
