There's more going on with him, and this is just one thing that has broken the surface of the cesspool of his life.

We know the city is in the worst position of all the debtors. But who else is there? Original articles say Zuccarini was a lender on the project, was that from a deferred payment for that property? I heard Morton Community Bank is a mortgage holder.

I was told that South Side Bank was never involved because they refused to get involved fron the start.

Still not ready to comment, but have a question: When the City Council voted on the riverfront apartments, that night Ardis mentioned the name of a specific developer from whom he received an email before he cast his vote. Does anyone remember the name?I'm going to go back to the council archives and look it up.

Well what do you know!! That's one City Council meeting they DON'T HAVE ARCHIVED! But I searched the thread we "live blogged" on this site during the meeting that night (9/22/15) and found the comment I made about the email. Here it is:"Well there you have it. . . .the email from Bill O. . . .this thing was bought off big time. . ."I can't remember who "Bill O." was. Can anyone help me out??
