Casserole Question
If I assemble the casserole today, will it keep in the refrigerator until Wednesday when my mom needs to bake it for her guests?

I think most prepare-ahead casseroles are only meant to be refrigerated uncooked 24 hours at most. Beyond that you'd have to freeze it.

If it contains eggs, it will keep even less, probably not longer than 8 hours.
