In a perfect world he should have resigned a long time ago. Since that did not happen and won't happen he absolutely should not run again. It is past the time for him to leave office.

Get someone to run against him I voted for the other guy last time even though ardis had his good ole boy say he couldn't be sworn in even if he won. so either run yourself and use this data as reason for ardis to go or get someone from black community to run if they don't use this to oust him then they get what they deserve then.

He should have resigned when he violated his constituents constitutional rights with an illegal search and seizure.

@TheOneStopHomeShop As you know, I am White but won't claim the Christian label at this point. My advice to my Black brethren is the same as it has always been. To those that have been successful or well on your way, spend some time volunteering with the youth. Let them know there is a path to success that involves education, commitment, responsibility and respect for self & others for starters. Get involved in the lives of the young ones, mentor them on the street if necessary. It is not about developing some "program" that you hope some agency will pay money for you to run. Do it because you care about the young generation. If you can't find a leader, be the leader. Let these young children and adults hear you say and see you demonstrate that there is more to life than saggin' and braggin'. Be a caring adult for these young ones who thinks no one cares about them. Step up to the challenge of being part of the village these kids need.

Speaking of Mayoral candidates, I would love to see Laraine Bryson get involved in the local political scene. I know her current duties at the Tri-County Urban League keep her busy, but I think she would make a great Mayoral candidate.
