Yesterday we stopped at Whole Foods and there was a nice sale on South African grapefruit. We have never had it but heard it is really good. So we shall see,
There is a really nice Ethiopian cafe near us so we got some take out from there. Haven't been there in a long time so that was a treat too.

It's past lunchtime and I've been grazing. Dinner is going to be Portuguese kale soup. YUM!!! Been looking forward to it. I don't like many soups. Chicken noodle and this is pretty much it.

Blackened Grouper sandwich at Kuchie's and shrimp and rigatoni in a Sriracha Jack cheese sauce for dinner later.

Skipped breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was do to being passed out from drugs. Lunch was because spleen was hurting to much even hurt to drink coffee.
