Delays for security checks happen anytime a President goes somewhere.
It's just that it's more prevalent because of attempts on his life....and his narcissistic attitudes and his "I'm the President so any rule I create is the law" way of governing has caused a lot of potential nut jobs out there to try again.
Obama attended a few NBA games while President, but it wasn't the NBA finals. I wonder how intense security was for those.
But then, Donny Boy could have watched this game at home while on the hotline with Benji and the Iranian Supreme leader (forget Pakistan) and try to come to a mutual agreement to end the 3 month debacle. How many times has DJT said a deal was imminent in (take your choice, 2-3 days, 2 weeks)?
