Easily the best restaurant food in Peoria. Extensive organic wine list, great for those allergic to sulfites.

There is simply no place like this in Peoria. What I believe to dining at it's very best. First timers might be intimidated by this style of dining in which you are expected to make a selection from each of the first, second, and third course menus, the sum of these things completing the meal. But worth every penny as each dish was crafted with fresh and beautiful ingredients, prepared using avant garde techniques and absolutely delightful to experience. The knowledgeable wait staff was more than prepared to answer any questions about the sometimes esoteric menu options and made an excellent wine suggestion as well. I would encourage anyone who enjoys dining out and trying new things to make a point of visiting this restaurant.

Excellent! Modern cuisine in a contemporary setting. The food is like art.
