The ice cream is great here. Much better than Cold Stone's ice cream. This is a Peoria staple.

The Spotted Cow has a different lunch feature each day. I usually get one of the stanbys, though, the Italian beef. It's very tender and tasty.
They have several sandwiches, salads and soups to choose from, and great homemade ice cream.

I havn't tried the food at the new place, but the ice cream is the best in Peoria.
