EZ Fast Bread Pudding - Peoria Recipes

INGREDIENTS
Bread Pudding in a Hurry
* 1 loaf of cinnamon raisin bread
* 6 eggs, free range is possible
* ½ cup milk
* 4 tablespoon salted butter, cut into small pieces
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon good vanilla extract
Vanilla Cream Sauce
* 1 small can of sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tablespoon vanilla (or any other flavoring your desire, rum would be very good in this)
* 1 loaf of cinnamon raisin bread
* 6 eggs, free range is possible
* ½ cup milk
* 4 tablespoon salted butter, cut into small pieces
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon good vanilla extract
Vanilla Cream Sauce
* 1 small can of sweetened condensed milk
* 1 tablespoon vanilla (or any other flavoring your desire, rum would be very good in this)
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Slice bread into small cubes.
In mixer combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
Beat until thick and frothy.
Grease the inside of a medium sized baking dish very well with butter.
Sprinkle bread cubes in pan.
Add butter chunks.
Blend well with hands, making sure butter is evenly dispersed with bread chunks.
Pour egg mixture over bread mixture.
Press down with hands making sure all bread gets a good soaking.
At this point you can pop this into the refrigerator for up to 12 hours or you can bake right away.
Bake till golden and no longer soggy on inside, about 20 minutes.
Serve with simple vanilla cream sauce.
