INGREDIENTS
2C (8 oz ) Uncooked Spaghetti
2 C (1 pt) sliced mushrooms OR 1 C canned mushrooms
3 C Cubed Chicken or Turkey
4 T. Margarine, divided
2 T Flour
23 C Chicken Broth
1 C light Cream or milk
3 T Cooking Sherry
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1 t. slat
1/8 t. nutmeg
2 C (1 pt) sliced mushrooms OR 1 C canned mushrooms
3 C Cubed Chicken or Turkey
4 T. Margarine, divided
2 T Flour
23 C Chicken Broth
1 C light Cream or milk
3 T Cooking Sherry
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1 t. slat
1/8 t. nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Boil spaghetti until done. Saute mushrooms in 2 T margarine. Add to cooked spaghetti. Melt remaining margarine in sauce pot. Blend in flour stir. Stir in Chicken broth. Stir til thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in sherry, salt, nutmet. Mix in poultry to sauce. Pour over spaghetti and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour in to greased 12 x 18" pan. Bake 30 mins. 375*
