Amster says: "Very easy and delicious salad. This recipe makes a lot, so cut in half if you want a smaller batch."
INGREDIENTS
2 16 oz boxes Rainbow Rotini
3 jars Marie?s Poppy seed dressing ( In the refrigerated section)
8 stalks celery
3 stalks green onions
2 5oz bags of dried cherries or cranberries
2 small bags of slivered or sliced almonds
6 medium size chicken breasts
3 jars Marie?s Poppy seed dressing ( In the refrigerated section)

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook pasta per directions
2. Dice celery and onions
3. Cook/grill chicken breasts, salt and season to taste and cut into small strips
4. Roast the almonds in a small pan with oil or butter
5. Combine all ingredients except last jar of dressing, mix the last jar of dressing into the salad right before you eat it.
6. The salad can be prepared the night before.
