eg24 says: "Another crowd-pleaser! Makes a huge log of cheese. Serve with crackers. I took a short cut and used bottled dressing and it turned out just as good! You MUST try this one for your next get together! Serve it fancy in a shallow glass dish or leave it in the storage container for a picnic!"

INGREDIENTS
1/2 c olive oil or canola oil
1/2 c white wine vinegar or red
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp minced green onions
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento (drained)
1 block sharp cheddar cheese (cut in half lengthwise -----)
1 (8 oz) fat free cream cheese (cut in half lengthwise -----) chilled works best

DIRECTIONS
Measurements do not have to be perfect (I add more parsley and onions )
Combine 1st-9th ingredients together, set aside. Cut cheddar cheese 1/4 in. slices then cream cheese in same cut. Alternate cheddar/cream cheese/cheddar/cream cheese pattern in a shallow dish, when finished pour marinade over cheese , cover and chill at least 8 hrs. To serve place cheese on serving platter (deep) and spoon marinade over cheese. Bring to room temperature for easy slicing. Serve w/crackers or wheat thins!
