INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. melted/softened butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. semi sweet choc. chips
1 lb confectioner sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp shortening



DIRECTIONS
Combine butter, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate 1 hr till firm. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper. Melt chocolate chips using double broiler with shortening. After chocolate is melted, dip the ball halfway into the chocolate. Refrigerate till firm
